Mothusi P. Phometsi, AIA, NCARB
Principal Architect
Mr. Phometsi is the founding Principal of Strategic Projects Inc and is a registered architect
in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and New York. He has diverse
professional experience to include work in the following project types: Hospitals, Medical
Offices, Churches, Corporate offices, retail ( including distribution centers), residential,
hospitality establishments (including restaurants), and industrial process facilities.
Mr. Phometsi is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified by the
National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He holds Bachelor of Architecture
and Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology both from Wentworth Institute of
Technology as well as a Master of Science in Building Construction and Integrated Facilities
Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Aiah Emanuel Pessima, AIA, RIBA, NCARB
Associate Architect
Mr. Pessima is a nationally-recognized architect with over 28 years experience and has active
registration in Georgia and several other States. He has extensive experience in public works
with expertise in public school systems. Mr. Pessima has completed many schools and college
projects for Atlanta Public School Systems, and Fulton County School systems. His notable
projects include the National Center for Primary Care at Morehouse School of Medicine,
Carver High School and Slaton- West Elementary School. His experience also covers
work for various city, State, and Federal agencies to include the Olympic stadium,
airport projects for Delta Airlines, MARTA and so forth. Mr. Pessima holds a Bachelor of
Science in Environmental Design from The University of Notre Dame, Bachelor of Science
in Architecture from Heald Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture from The
Catholic University of America. Mr. Pessima is a member of the American Institute of
Architects, Royal Institute of British Architects and is certified by the National Council of
Architectural Registration Boards
